If you are a Peoria County Resident, call PAWS and get your dog spayed or neutered for FREE!! Pit Bull Application Outdoor/Free-Roaming Cats (Farm, Barn, Feral or Strays) If you are willing to help them - we are willing to help you! Regardless of your income, we will help you get your cat population under control. Once you print off and submit the application below, we will contact you.  We will then schedule a veterinary appointment, get you traps &/or carriers, and begin  the trapping process. Free-Roaming Cat Applicaion If you live in East Peoria and have outdoor cats, no application is needed. Just call for an appointment! Mobile Spay/Neuter Surgery Trailer Have a lot of farm or barn cats hanging around? Tired of trying to find homes for all the unplanned litters? Now you don't have to take them all to the veterinarian for surgery! Depending on the number of cats and where you are, we may bring the unit to you.
