If you are a low-income person but not on public assistance, please email us with your annual salary and the number of persons living off that salary for determination.
If you purchased your animal from a breeder or petstore, please email us before sending your application.
If you are willing to help them - we are willing to help you! Regardless of your income, we will help you get your cat population under control. Once you print off and submit the application below we will contact you. We will then schedule a veterinary appointment, get you traps &/or carriers, and teach you how to trap.
